Hello! I’m Tahni, and I believe that yoga is for everyone. With over a decade of personal experience, I've discovered the profound benefits of yoga for managing back pain and enhancing mental clarity. My approach to yoga is deeply personal, recognizing that each individual's journey is unique.
Originally from Browning, MT, and proud of my Blackfeet heritage, I bring a rich cultural perspective to my practice and teaching. I’m dedicated to providing support through donation-based classes that foster a supportive community where you can connect and build friendships with others on a similar path.
In addition to group classes, I offer personalized private sessions to tailor your practice to your specific needs. I’m here to help you every step of the way on your journey to wellness.
