Start your Sunday with intention and tranquility in our Self-Care Sunday Stretch class. This outdoor yoga session, held at Academy Hills Park, is open to everyone and focuses on relieving stress, improving flexibility, and finding inner peace. Enjoy a blend of gentle stretches, mindful movements, and relaxation techniques to help you reset and recharge. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is a perfect way to nurture your body and mind as you prepare for the week ahead.

What We'll Provide:

Water
Citronella to ward off pests
Sunblock
Iced lavender-infused eye cloths for Savasana
What to Bring:

Your mat (we'll have extra mats, but DM us to reserve one if needed)
A water bottle
A friend!
